FAKE IDENTITY JAPAN is a brand based in Tokyo, Japan offering stage ready clothes for mainly Rock musicians.

All FAKE IDENTITY pieces are Hand Made in Japan by one studio master.

All products are Made to order pieces. It may take up to 14 working days to be shipped. They are made once the order is placed. Please contact us if you have a up coming event in a short period of time.

Every product is made and designed to be Stage Ready. We do not use ink on our product. Every design is hand cut and stamped on for more stage eye catching refection. 

Once the design is sold out we do not plan to restock those items so please order before it sells out. 

 

-Shipping and Sales

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL

All products are shipped from Japan internationally. 

We offer a standard International shipping with no insurance.

If you would like choose insured shipping please choose express shipping option during check out. Shipping methods will be chosen by the fastest shipping provider depending on the customers shipping destination.

Orders are dispatched on weekdays. Once the order is dispatched you will be notified to the email provided at the checkout, so please ensure your information is correct.

FAKE IDENTITY is not responsible for any custom fees that are incurred with international shipping.

Once product is dispatched  FAKE IDENTITY will not actively check your tracking information, so please check your tracking regularly for any updates.

In the event that your address has been entered incorrectly and your order has been marked as delivered, FAKE IDENTITY can not take any responsibility for this and are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

If your order has been marked as delivered and you have not received it, please inform FAKE IDENTITY within 14 days of it being marked as delivered. If FAKE IDENTITY is informed outside this time frame a refund or replacement can not be offered.

If you have not received your order, please inform FAKE IDENTITY, within 20days of the date dispatched. If informed outside of this time frame, FAKE IDENTITY can not offer a refund or replacement.
